We have been playing on a kickball team through the city since January. I heard about it through a co-worker and it sounded like fun so I convinced Geoff to join her team with me, even though neither of us have played since grade school, and we don't drink beer (which we discovered is the reason a lot of people play kickball!) Our team really isn't very good and it's definately taken time for Geoff and me to warm up. BUT, we won our second game of the season tonight! Yay! I suppose I should clarify that we played our tenth game tonight. That explains why there is excitement about 2 wins! And I actually scored tonight! Woohoo! Geoff had a great game, too, and caught 4 balls for outs. (Is that correct kickball lingo? Hm!)
